The hills are alive with the sound of ...... DOGS! - Who Let The Dogs Out? Oslo Hundelufting

As a keen skier and mountain runner I love a good slope.

Up, down, over, under…. the side of a hill gives multiple opportunities for fun and games.

Everyone has their own style and some of my walkers enjoy wide open and flat areas to let the dogs run and play. Others enjoy the thick woods to hide away and play.

My personal preference are the hills.

Oslo is blessed to be surrounded by some good hills. Wyllerløyper, Grefsenkollen, Linderudkollen, Vettakollen, Holmenkollen, Mellomkollen and many many more.

I find that the undulating and ever-changing terrain keeps both Walker and dog focused in the present.

Start daydreaming and you are likely to slip or trip.

As the dogs run and play they are constantly scanning the terrain around them, tiring them out both mentally and physically.
