Flexibility

Now you might be thinking that I’m going to do a post on stretching and yoga. Alas no. Though I’m not ruling it out as a future blog about recovering post-walks.

Flexibility which I am writing about today is more in the business context.

We consider ourselves a flexible business with regards to both our customers’ lifestyles and also our dogs’ needs.

Whether in regards to swapping dogs between walkers and groups to ensure maximal compatibility, or last minute changes to our walks in the most flexible manner we can.

Whilst some of our competitors will ask for payment upfront (pre walks), we insist on invoicing in arrears (after your dog has been on the walks). There is no reason to pay for something you have not yet received, or may not require.

Life is ever changing and it is always impossible to know what will pop up unexpectedly in the coming weeks.

Therefore for our clients they are able to cancel a walk by SMS or Email up to midday the day before the walk and not need to pay for it.

So if you are planning a sudden long weekend at the cabin or you fancy a last minute holiday, rest assured that if you let us know by 12 o’clock the day before the walk it will not be an added expense for you.

On the flip side if suddenly you or your children are ill and time constraints mean it is difficult to make the time for a long walk with your dog, please do not hesitate to drop us a message even if it is not on a scheduled walk day and we will absolutely do our best to accommodate your dog for an extra walk.

I mention this as I have previously had customers who did not realize that they could ask for extra walks on different days.

The absolute worst that will happen is that we do not have room and I will promptly inform you of this but try and find another solution.
