Today is a day for me to be filled with gratitude. Grateful for nature, for snow, for dogs, for fun adventures, but mainly for mates.
We have started the walking week depleted. 4 of 6 walkers down today. 2 on planned time off and then the sudden news of 1 feeling too unwell to walk today and another feeling sick and low energy needing to take a day off tomorrow to rest and recover. Of course these things happen, and as always….. they normally always happen at the same time, creating challenges and scrambling around to find best solutions.
So why am i grateful? Well the part solution is finding a friend to join me today and a friend to join me tomorrow to allow us to take a few extra dogs in each walk. Lured by my promise of snow adventures with dogs and that I will buy them coffee and bolle…. it seems to have worked to minimise the disruptions. However my gratitude also extends to those customers who have been kind enough to swap days, sit out certain days or walks. Thank you!
Today’s hero I am grateful to is my mate Nicolai! Thanks for joining me mate!
Now back to the walks and we had some amazing fun in quite deep snow. My walk two especially where it seemed no one has dared walk there for a while, fighting our way through bent trees, struggling through deep snow, sliding down slopes and scrambling up on all fours at times. It was a true adventure!
Doggies: Aya, Trassel, Lucy, Haraka and Lucy
Doggies: Pippi, Ben, Arya, Nansen, Sid and Zappa (2 walkers)
Doggies: Max, Ilex, Samus and Vali
Doggies: Mari, Nola, Tex, Wilma, Ragnar, Smula and Freia ( 2 walkers)
Have a lovely evening with your doggies and we are back again in the morning for more dogwalking in Oslo nature.
