Hei, god fredag og happy helg!

Friday afternoon already and this walking week has sped by once again…. in a blur of sunshine, morning frost and pleasantly warm afternoons.

I keep thinking….. Winter is coming back, it is bound to hit next week….. but there aren’t too many signs of this happening. I reckon the moment I bring my road bicycle out of the storage room and put my skis back in there then suddenly……. WHOOMPH! Snow is back. It is worth a try so i’ll get on to it this weekend and we’ll see how annoyed Winter Gods get at me.

And so it is….. time to wish you all a lovely weekend with some great adventures and exploring. Have fun, keep smiling and if you find your mind wondering to thoughts which evoke stress, then just be “more dog”….. find a stick or ball and focus on that for 5 minutes….
