We hope you have managed to escape work and you are kicking back and enjoying the sunshine now. For those lucky enough to work outside it has been like this all day…… though gloves and an extra layer are needed in the earlier morning until you get body temperature up to par with fun and games…. and some fat walk / gentle jogging.
